What if I want to order more than one gift bundle and each of  them sent to different addresses?

We offer the option to send directly to the gift recipient, however you are required to create a new order for each shipping address.

Can I change my order once I've checked out?

Send us an email (info@earthinteriors.com.au) ASAP and we'll do the best we can. Be sure to include the subject line "Order Change", so we know it's urgent. We aim to pack and send out our orders as soon as possible, so there may be a chance that we've sent an order off.

Why can I no longer add a certain item to my cart?

There's a good chance that someone has snapped up the item and we've run out of stock. As, we are constantly rotating our products, it may not be available again for a while, but if there is a demand for it we will consider bringing it back earlier – so send us an email if there's something you'd really like!

Can I order over the phone?

Earth Interiors is 100% online. If you'd like a hand placing an online order, email info@earthinteriors and we will walk you through the process.

How often do you add new products and gift bundles to your site?

We are constantly researching different brands and products that are available on the market. We like to rotate our products, so that each hamper never stays the same for too long. We also like to introduce new products whenever we can. It's worth noting that it takes time to ensure that the products fit in with our strict criteria (vegan, eco-friendly, sustainable packaging, local and organic when possible).

Can you mail my purchase directly to the gift recipient?

Yes of course! As you order a bundle, there is the option to write your message to the recipient. We will handwrite in the card for you.

An item arrived broken or faulty. What do I do?

Firstly, we apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused. Please email details to info@earthinteriors.com.au within seven days and we’ll replace the item promptly. More information on faulty products and returns can be found in our Refund Policy.

I ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

The quickest way to get the item you want is to put through another order so we can get packing ASAP! Please email us at info@earthinteriors.com.au, reference your order number, and we will take you through the refund process. Will you share my email address with a third party?

Heck no! We will never even consider selling your details to an external company. We only provide your personal information to third parties that assist us in providing the products and services you have requested, such as delivery service providers. Those parties agree to follow our Privacy Policy regarding your personal information.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer free shipping for all orders that are $150 or more. Shipping rates are based on weight and location and will be calculated at checkout. 

What do I do if my promo code isn't working?

Gift Cards are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code or Gift Card, please contact us at info@earthinteriors.com.au.

Where's my order?

After we have shipped your item, we will email you a tracking code. If it hasn't arrived within 7 days, please send as an email at info@earthinteriors.com.au.
