Calming Loose Leaf Tea

This beautiful, caffeine-free blend of organic herbs, has been carefully selected by a naturopath to help support the nervous system. Herbs used in this blend, including chamomile, lemon balm, and lavender, have traditionally been used to help relax and calm the nervous system. This is a gentle herbal blend, with subtle hints of mint and lemon, complemented by the soft floral tones of chamomile and lavender.

 

Ingredients: Certified Organic Ingredients

Chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, lavender

 

Brewing: Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
